At KnowledgeCore, we collaborate with proven experts in their fields to provide clients with the best possible winning team for their defence or infrastructure tender.
Leading the charge is KnowledgeCore founder Adette Goldberg, a marketing expert who has mastered the art and science of winning profitable work for clients.
Adette is the founder and driving force behind KnowledgeCore; what we do, why we do it and how we do it. As a marketer and communication strategist with more than 20 successful years in high-performing sales environments, Adette has a unique insight and approach that allows her to read what’s important to decision-makers and use intuitive vision to achieve outstanding results and wins.
Adette’s proven strategic approach starts with walking you through the bid, no-bid decision. Win or lose, the end is the all-important post-bid debrief to ensure that you retain your learnings and can use them to win future business.
Adette leads a team of specialist writers, editors and designers to ensure that every proposal is succinct, technically excellent and answers all the questions, whether explicitly asked or subtly implied. She and the team take every bid personally and celebrate every win as if it is their own. More than this, Adette is a coach at heart. She helps embed skills within your teams to ensure they win work consistently into the future.
For the past 10 years, Adette has been working alongside companies to create unique solutions to their unique challenges. With a knack for cutting through the chaos to hone in on what really matters – the factors that influence customer decisions – Adette can isolate a problem and create a strategy that turns challenges into opportunities.
Adette holds a Master of Business with a major in Marketing, and a Diploma in HR. She is currently on sabbatical from lecturing and tutoring in International Marketing & Analysis at the University of Technology, Sydney.
